Deposit return

The full deposit is returned to the lead occupant quickly and without deductions when:

1. The property is cleaned and left in the same condition as when you moved in.

2. You remove all personal possessions.

   No items can be stored at the property after the occupancy has ended to permit maintenance as necessary.

3. The Inventory Clerk confirms all items including keys are in-place.

4. You send us copies of your final fully-paid utility bills.

5. You send us copies of any Council Tax Exemption certificates.

You will be provided with a checkout report.
